Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of Modellero, including creator profiles, editorial pages, submissions and links to third-party services.

Account management and moderated edits

Creators and authorized agencies must register before submitting new listings. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the accuracy, adult status and publishing rights of profiles you manage. Registration does not establish ownership of an existing listing; the administrator may require independent verification. All submitted changes require approval and do not alter live content while pending.

Only share reporting links you are authorized to disclose. Use read-only reports and never share platform passwords or private customer information. Dashboard views and outbound clicks are local event measurements, not proof of third-party arrivals, subscriptions or revenue. Reporting access does not create a commission, revenue-share or billing agreement; any commercial collaboration requires a separate agreement with the operator.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Modellero, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Modellero is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. You may not use the service where doing so is unlawful.

2. What Modellero provides

Modellero is a discovery directory and editorial publication. It helps visitors find publicly listed creators and destinations. Unless stated otherwise, Modellero does not employ, represent, control or act as agent for listed creators or third-party platforms. A listing, verification marker, rank or editorial mention is not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty about a person, service, identity, availability or content.

3. Creator submissions

When you submit information or media, you represent that:

  • the submission is accurate and you are the creator or are authorized to act for them;
  • every person depicted is an adult and has consented to the submitted use;
  • you own the material or have all permissions needed to submit and publish it;
  • the submission does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights; and
  • all linked destinations are lawful and do not contain malware, fraud or deceptive content.

You retain ownership of your material. You give the operator of Modellero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, format, display and distribute the submitted material as reasonably needed to review, publish, promote and operate the listing. This licence ends when the material is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal records and content already incorporated into permitted archival material.

4. Review, ranking and removal

Submissions are not automatically entitled to publication. Modellero may verify, edit for formatting or clarity, reject, suspend, correct or remove a listing when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. Rankings and featured placement may use relevance, completeness, freshness, engagement, editorial judgement and disclosed promotional status. Positions and traffic are not guaranteed. 5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • submit content involving minors, non-consensual activity, exploitation, trafficking or unlawful services;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization, identity or affiliation;
  • upload malicious code, probe security, evade access controls or disrupt the service;
  • use automated systems in a way that overloads the service or ignores published technical controls;
  • manipulate views, clicks, rankings or reviews; or
  • copy or commercially reuse the directory, site design or editorial content without permission or a lawful basis.

6. External websites

External links take you to services not controlled by Modellero. Their own terms, privacy rules, age controls, prices and content policies apply. You are responsible for checking a destination before sharing information, creating an account or paying. Modellero is not a party to transactions between visitors, creators or third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual property and complaints

The Modellero name, original design, software and editorial content are protected by applicable law. Creator names, media and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. To request a correction, removal or review of allegedly infringing material, provide the page URL, a clear description of the issue, your contact details, evidence of authority and a good-faith statement supporting the request. We may ask for identity or rights verification before acting.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Modellero is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Modellero disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No promise is made that listings will be complete, continuously available, error-free, rank in search engines or generate any level of views, clicks, subscribers or revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Modellero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of Modellero or a third-party destination. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits limitation.

10. Changes and termination

Modellero may change or discontinue features and may restrict access for violations of these Terms or legal and security reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

11. Governing law

The operator must configure the governing law and dispute forum based on its actual place of establishment. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where a user lives are not overridden by these Terms.
