Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 6, 2026

This Policy explains how Modellero collects, uses and shares personal data when you browse the directory, follow a creator link, submit a profile or contact support.

Creator and agency accounts

When you register, we store your name, email, account type and a salted password hash. An essential, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. We retain profile ownership assignments, submitted change snapshots and review feedback to operate moderation. Account owners can view aggregate profile analytics for their assigned profiles; they do not receive individual visitor identifiers.

Private reporting links are available only through the submitting account and admin interfaces, not public profiles. These links may grant access to third-party reports: share only authorized, read-only data and revoke access at the source when no longer needed. Modellero does not automatically import earnings or subscriptions. Pending image uploads have unlisted file URLs; anyone given an image URL may access the image. Do not upload confidential documents.

Account and request data remain until no longer needed for account services, moderation or applicable retention obligations. Contact support to request account closure, removal of reporting links or deletion of personal data. Reset links expire after one hour; signing out revokes that session.

1. Controller and scope

the operator of Modellero is the controller of personal data processed for Modellero’s operation, moderation and first-party analytics. Third-party destinations are separate controllers for activity after you leave Modellero.

2. Data we process

  • Profile and submission data: names, handles, biography, categories, location, public links, media, contact details, notes and proof supplied for review.
  • Public listing information: information supplied by a creator or authorized submitter, and information reviewed from publicly accessible creator pages.
  • Technical and security data: request time, page, referrer, browser/user-agent information, security logs and network information needed to deliver and protect the service.
  • Consented first-party analytics: profile viewed, destination selected, source category and a pseudonymous visitor fingerprint. Network information is transformed with a keyed cryptographic hash; the raw IP address is not stored in the analytics event.
  • Administrator data: authentication and session information used to protect the private administration area.
  • Support messages: the messages you send through on-site chat and, if you choose to provide them, your name and email address.

5. Microsoft Clarity

With permission, Modellero uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how people interact with pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. This helps diagnose usability and performance issues. Clarity can use first- and third-party tracking technologies and process device and interaction information. Advertising storage is signalled as denied by Modellero. Microsoft processes information under its own terms and privacy statement.

6. Sharing and international transfers

Data may be handled by hosting, database, security and technical service providers acting for Modellero, and by Microsoft when Clarity is accepted. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, Modellero relies on an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Modellero does not sell personal data for money. External creator links are independent websites; their privacy policies apply after redirecting.

7. Retention

Submission and listing records are retained while a review or listing is active and afterward as reasonably needed for correction history, abuse prevention, legal obligations and claims. Support conversations are retained while needed to answer the request and maintain a reasonable support history. Analytics and technical records are kept only as long as needed for aggregate reporting, troubleshooting, security and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. Retention is determined by the record’s purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes. Cookie durations are listed above.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of personal data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. You may also request correction or removal of a creator listing. Rights can be limited by applicable law, competing rights and necessary legal records.

Send a request to the privacy email above with enough information to locate the relevant record. Identity or authority may be verified before disclosing or changing data. If GDPR applies, you may complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

9. Age restriction

Modellero is not directed to people under 18 and does not knowingly accept their submissions or profile data. Contact the privacy email above if you believe information about a minor has been submitted.

10. Security and changes

Modellero uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. This Policy may change as the service, providers or law changes. Material revisions will be posted here with an updated date and additional notice where required.
